My of my fellow choristers for the Opera recently called me a Paleo Evangelist. Spreading the good word from my food/nutrition bible. I honestly love talking about paleo, how it’s worked for me, why I believe the principles make more sense than any other diet/ lifestyle layout. It is funny how I just stumbled into this whole new world of food awareness that was seriously right under my nose. Especially working in a health club with a cafe that is a leading example of real foods tied into our educational and fitness philosophy.
But I am proud to call myself a Paleo Evangelist and spread the work of NomNom Paleo and Practical Paleo.
Hurray for great timing. I have always wanted a Cuisinart food processor. Been an obsession for almost 6 years now. The Macy’s in downtown St. Paul is closing so of course things are on clearance. It’s not the stainless steel model, but hey, for a 40% discount, I’m not going to be that picky! Now to think of all the possibilities.
